Luggage transport and People Transfer to ensure our customers a complete service and a more comfortable stay in Rome.
Bags-Free also offers private transfers in Rome, to Fiumicino or Ciampino. You can enjoy Rome free of the weight of the luggage and the thought of having to take buses or trains to get to your destination.

All payments Bags-Free occur only at the end of the service.
The Luggage Storage Bags Free is located in Rome Termini, in Via Castro Pretorio 32, 180 meters from the platform 1.
Our staff will take your luggage and place them in the appropriate spaces predisposed to the service.
If you want, we can transport your luggage to Rome Stations, Ciampino and Fiumicino airport, Civitavecchia Port or along Francigena Way, at the time and day you will indicate us.

Book
To drop off and pick up your luggage in our storage near Rome Termini Station you don’t need to book!
Our storage is open all days, including holiday, from 08:30am to 07:00pm.
Once you made a reservation for the luggage service, you will receive an e-mail confirming the full details of your reservation and the exact amount to be paid.
Payment
For our services in Rome you will pay to our operator when we will return your luggage at Airport, Station or where you have requested. You will pay only when you will be satisfied with our service.
Cancel Booking
We always recommend you to book in advance our Luggage Transport service. If you do not need it anymore, you can cancel your reservation easily and without any penalty by sending us an e-mail to info@bags-free.com.
