How the stage pricing works
For each standard stage, the form displays the estimated price per bag based on the number of bags selected.
Some options are marked as Single stage, Double stage or Triple stage because they may include one or more connected transport sections.
The prices shown are indicative. No overall total is displayed, allowing you to review the cost of each stage separately.
How to add your stages
Select a stage, confirm the direction of travel and enter the number of bags to be transported.
Use Add another stage to include additional sections of your itinerary. You can remove a stage at any time before submitting the request.
For standard routes, select:
- Direction shown (A → B) to use the route as listed;
- Reverse direction (B → A) to travel in the opposite direction.
What to do if a stage is not listed
Select Route not listed and enter the departure and arrival locations manually.
The stage will be marked as Custom stage and Customer care required. A price per bag will not be displayed because our team must review the route and confirm the quotation by email.
You may combine standard and custom stages within the same request.
Book directly or request assistance
If all your stages are standard, you have not added any special requirements and you already know the locations, travel dates and accommodation details for every stage, the Book now option will appear on the second page.
This option opens the online booking page without submitting the quotation request.
Continue with Submit Request instead if you need help with accommodation, have special requirements, added a custom stage or would like confirmation from our team.
Changing the website language
Changing the website language reloads the page. Any information already entered in the form may be lost and may need to be entered again.
We recommend selecting your preferred language before starting the quotation request.
